My Experience, Credentials, Track Record, and Awards 

Megan Stultz is a 2000 graduate from Montgomery High School and a 2005 graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government. She was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at UT and retains her alumni status. While going to school Megan worked at the Texas State Capital for two years and held an internship with the late Senator Madla. She is currently an active member of the Texas Exes Association, an alumni group of University of Texas graduates. 

Megan chose to return to the Montgomery, Lake Conroe area where her roots are five generations deep. She has a background in newspaper marketing, which gives her the knowledge to actively market her business and your property. Megan’s real estate interests began in New Home sales for DR Horton and Pioneer Homes, a subsidiary of McGuire Homebuilders Inc. In 2006 Megan chose to bring her marketing and real estate expertise to Ruth Stultz & Company. She has incorporated her knowledge of new home sales with her ties and experience in Farm and Ranch to offer a complete real estate service to those wishing to move to Montgomery and surrounding counties. 

Megan was recently certified as a "Top Production REALTOR®" based upon 2008 1st Quarter Buyer side number of MLS sales transactions of the Houston Association of REALTORS®. Top Production REALTORS® are those who aspire to the highest ethical standards and whose production ranks among the highest number of transactions or dollar volume of buyer side transactions within HAR's 25,000 member brokers and agents. 

Megan is involved in many organizations in the Greater Houston area. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors NAR, Texas Association of Realtors TAR, Houston Association of Realtors HAR, Greater Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Montgomery County Association of Business Women. Megan has recently been selected to serve as the 2008 Secretary for TOPPS (Texas Offshore Performance Powerboat Squadron).
